The Hamburg-based recruitment agency HR7 GmbH The Job Factory has published the figures for the 2017 financial year and at the same time provided a forecast for this year.Compared with the previous year, turnover in 2017 has once again increased by a solid 15 per cent. 2018 has also been characterised by a continuing growth trend.
“We are very satisfied with the 2017 financial year and we have been able to further develop our market position” commented Dr. Ralph Hartmann, Managing Director, speaking about the growth of the company. “The growth in 2018 has also been very pleasing. As at the end of May, we remain 12 per cent ahead of the previous year and we are expecting 2018 to bring double-digit growth,” added Ralph Hartmann. “We see this business growth as evidence of the high level of professionalism and capability of reflection of our colleagues.” The consistent company growth is even more impressive given that HR7 is celebrating only its 7th birthday. “We developed a clear concept right from the start and have been consistent in implementing this understanding of recruitment. There are no taboos in our office, we look after anybody who wants to work and respond very individually to each and every need and skill”, says Ralph Hartmann, explaining the philosophy. This clearly pays off. The company has seen continuous double-digit growth since it was founded. The high quality of the work was recognised with various awards in 2017: not only was HR7 selected as a top service provider in Hamburg, but following a Focus analysis it was able to secure this title throughout Germany. Ralph Hartmann explains proudly: “These awards recognise our high level of commitment and the quality we offer. We will also face the challenges and various changes to the market in future and continue to strive for positive growth.”
