Your application documents Make your application as personal and engaging as possible – the first impression counts. You can give us the best insight into your professional character by providing a CV, relevant references and a photograph. Absolute confidentiality and discretion on our part goes without saying.

Your interview with us You will receive feedback shortly after we have examined your documents. In most cases you will be invited to attend an interview. We want to get to know you. This gives you and us the opportunity to decide whether you are right for the job.

Your workplace There are no surprises. Whether in placement or on secondment, you familiarise yourself with the company, your workplace and contacts and learn how you fit in. We answer all your questions.

Your first day at work We are there for you. Your HR7 Coach will accompany you on your first day and will continue to offer support and advice. We offer support, even outside working hours, seven days a week.
