HR7 was founded in 2011 as an independent, owner-operated family company. HR7 represents professional and reliable service in personnel leasing, personnel placement and consultation, on-site management, interim management and in-house outsourcing.

Through personnel leasing, HR7 is currently employing over 750 employees, who are personally looked after by five on-site offices. We directly place an average of 150 employees each year. In addition, each year we work on numerous consulting projects, interim mandates etc.
