Training continues at HR7 even in the seventh year of the company history. “Since we founded the company, training has been at the top of our agenda. As a recruitment agency, we are always focused on ongoing dual professional training, as for us our trainees represent the employees of the future. Until this point we have employed all of our trainees once they complete their training, and this remains our declared goal” said Dr. Michaela Hartmann, who is responsible for human resources and finances.
On 1 August, two more colleagues will begin their traineeship – Jule Paulina Bremer and Sarah Fähling. While Ms Bremer is carrying out a human resources management traineeship, Ms Fähling in the Hagenow office has decided to pursue an office management traineeship.
We are delighted that they have both chosen HR7.
We would like to wish Ms Bremer and Ms Fähling a great start to the first year of their traineeship!
