Who we are

HR7 was founded in 2011 as an independent, owner-managed family business. We stand for a professional and reliable service in the segments of temporary staffing, personnel placement and consulting, on-site management, interim management and in-house outsourcing.

Today, HR7 employs over 750 employees in the framework of temporary staffing, who are personally supervised by 6 offices on site. On average, we place 150 employees directly each year. In addition, numerous consulting projects, interim mandates, etc. are handled each year.

Our claim is the combination of speed and quality. Our customers benefit from this just as much as you do as an applicant.

HR7 is a valued partner of leading companies and institutions. Our reference spectrum is proof of this. Our employee ratings are well above the industry average. HR7 has received several awards and is one of the best personnel service providers in Germany.

The Hamburg Chamber of Commerce has certified us for quality assurance of training (dual training system).

Social responsibility

HSV Women's Soccer

HR7 GmbH is a partner of HSV women's soccer and sleeve sponsor of the B-Junior Bundesliga team. In the future, we will support the association within the framework of a long-term cooperation. Among other things, we are present as sleeve sponsor on the jerseys of the B-Junior Bundesliga team. In addition to the financial commitment and further logo appearances at the Paul Hauenschild sports facility in Norderstedt, the home ground of the HSV women's teams, the collaboration also includes individual counseling for the players on the topics of job applications and careers.

HR7-Young Potential Program

Discovering and promoting future potentials is an important investment in the future for us. The HR7-Young Potential Program includes financial as well as counseling activities and provides financial backing for college or a stepping stone to a first job. In dialogue with students and graduates, new perspectives, fresh ways of thinking and interculturalism develop - a constant demand for the ability and willingness to change.

The Hamburg Way

Hamburg's young talent is our cause - this is the motto by which we and our employees are committed to the "Hamburg Way". As part of HSV, the HSV Foundation "Der Hamburger Weg" represents the club's self-image of assuming social responsibility in the city. Children and young people are at the center of the action. Together we want to inspire and shape the future!

Social commitment

Voluntary commitments by our employees - in cultural and socially relevant projects or in vocational training at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce - are encouraged and supported. In addition, our employees forego Christmas gifts and the like, for example, and donate their "renunciation" to a social institution every year. One of these institutions, which we have actively supported for many years, is the Sternenbrücke children's hospice.

Children's house "Pumuckl

The non-profit organization "Kinderhaus Pumuckl", founded in 1996, has set itself the task of offering children and adolescents who cannot live in their families of origin a family framework with fixed reference persons. The focus is not on the disability of the children and young people. Rather, they are individually supported and accompanied by the combination of everyday experience, pedagogical and therapeutic offers.

Dialogue in the dark

We are committed to the Hamburg Dialogue in the Dark - a social enterprise with the goal of bringing sighted people into the world of the blind. Dialogue in the Dark is the only exhibition where there is nothing to see. For one hour, blind and sighted people exchange roles. Through their work in the exhibitions, almost 6,000 blind people worldwide have already found a permanent job in the Dialog; in Hamburg, 50 blind people work - as guides, trainers or in other functions.

The continuing education model of Leuphana University of Lüneburg stands for lifelong and interdisciplinary learning. Here, the focus is on part-time study programs or continuing education that are scientifically sound, service-oriented, individually feasible and practice-oriented. We contribute to the global, networked organization in the MBA program Performance Management by sharing our practical know-how. This connection enables us to meet our own demands for continuous personal and professional development, but also gives us the opportunity to exchange ideas with future managers and decision-makers.

tolingo GmbH
Founded in 2007, tolingo is now one of Germany’s leading translation agencies for business and private clients. Through a total of 6,000 certified translators, tolingo delivers about 300 translations in 220 possible language combinations every day. tolingo supports us, for example, with the translation of application documents and, in particular, foreign certificates, attestations and references.



HR7 South Ltd.

HR7 Süd GmbH, based in Harburg, offers the same range of services as HR7 GmbH. By establishing an independent company south of the Elbe River, we want to move even closer to our customers in the region, expand our presence and at the same time better exploit the applicant potential there. HR7 Süd GmbH is managed by Wilhelm Kremer, a former employee of HR7 GmbH, and maintains a very close and intensive cooperation with the “sister company”.

H5partners GmbH

With the founding of H5partners GmbH, we have spun off the topics of recruitment and personnel consulting into an independent company within our group. Its range of services also includes training, coaching and continuing education. H5partners GmbH is based on the North Sea island of Föhr and thus offers a very attractive academy environment. Particularly popular are the additional sporting offers such as personal training, cycling tours or golf courses and our culinary pleasure trips across the island with wine tasting or gin tasting.
