Your way to us

Getting to know each other
After reviewing your documents and information, you will receive feedback at short notice - this usually happens after 36 hours. This is followed by an initial meeting to get to know each other. Here you have the flexibility to choose whether you would like to come to one of our offices or a video interview is arranged. During this interview, you and we can determine which position is the best fit for you. We look forward to exchanging ideas with you.
Your workplace
There are no surprises. Whether you are placed or transferred - you will get to know the company, the workplace and the contact persons and learn how you will be trained. We will clarify all your open questions.
Your first day at work
We are in. Your HR7 coach will accompany you on the first day of work and will also be there later with good advice. We support you - on request also after your working hours, 7 days a week.
